Social Media
Value
Social media provides massive time savings when communicating (gossiping?) with friends and family.  Previously, having to communicate required (LOTS of) phone calls, gatherings, and endless coordinating these synchronous forms of communication. Being able to reach all four hundred of your closest friends, on your schedule, wasn't feasible.
Price
Risk. No longer are you and your data only exposed to your family, friends, and colleagues.  It's now more readily available to anyone, anywhere. How risky is determined by what you share and to whom.
Insurance
Value
Insurance exists to lower the risk of an unlikely event ruining the day (anything "likely" is in the list of exclusions).
Price
Of course, the tradeoff is cost, spread across multiple customers.
Retail Clothing
VALUE
Assuming clothing is needed.  It benefits both time and cost.  Making your own clothes is time consuming. Retail clothing companies can also buy fabric in bulk and are often able to get it cheaper than you can.
Interestingly, what about luxury retailers?  Here the value can be garment longevity, utility, or how quickly (time) you signal to others a trait (I am a business professional [suit], I love the outdoors [rugged wear], I am a teenager [pjs]).
PRICE
Retail is quite simple, it's a financial cost - unless you are trying to acquire Taylor Swift attire, and then good-bye to time and money.
Real Estate Agent
VALUE
Agents start by saving time by coordinating showings, communicating with buyer/sellers, and facilitating appraisals, closings, contractors, etc. They also mitigate risk by looking out for things that can make that dream home a nightmare.  They also can help get you more for your property or acquire a new property for less (highest price doesn't always win).
PRICE
Like most industries, the tradeoff is cost.
Farming
VALUE
The greatest deal of all time is being a consumer of farming. No time spent laboriously raising or harvesting.  Almost no risk food won't be available (for every location struggling with harsh weather/pests, somewhere else is thriving). No tools you must invest to raise/harvest at scale to feed yourself.  (Only tools to "polish" your food to taste even better).
PRICE
There are two costs, financial and risk.  Risk that the system that provides our food can be trusted (we are eating food that is safe to eat and that tuna is really tuna).
